Australia Post Orders
We will use Australia Post for orders in Sydney and surrounding NSW areas. We will also use Australia Post for the shipping of very small items such as crash packs and parts. Australia Post will attempt to deliver to your home, if nobody is home, they will leave a parcel note and you will be able to collect your package from the local post office.
Australian Air Express
90% of our orders will be sent with Australian Air Express. They are the fastest delivery service in Australia. AAE will deliver to your home, if you are not home, they will either leave in a safe secure location if possible, or they will leave a parcel note and you can collect your parcel from your local post office. We use the premium AAE service, which allows us to leave special delivery instructions.
Special Delivery Instructions?
If you have special delivery instructions such as "leave on back porch" or "leave behind letterbox", you may enter these instructions in the "Comments" box on the checkout page. We will add these instructions to the delivery, so you get your parcel delivered exactly as requested.
