It means the helicopter has 4 degrees of motion. Up/Down, fwd/back, spin left/spin right, slide left/slide right. Most mini helicopters are 3 channel which can become a little restrictive after you have mastered the basics. You will absolutely appreciate the 4 channels as you will be able to do big banking turns with precision and rip this heli around the room.Indoor or Outdoor?
This is primarily for indoors. It can certainly be flown outdoors, but you will prefer to fly out of the wind. Plus you can set up your own obstacle course indoors, try and land in exact spots and even buzz it around your mates head while he's asleep!(Disclaimer - Please don't poke his eye out!)Will It Break It If I Crash It?
We crash tested this heli, as we do with all helis and gave it an absolute beating. It is fitted with a system that shuts down the rotors if they strike anything. This will greatly reduce the damage. We haven't seen this in a heli before and it is proving to be an excellent system, trust us on that one. It is made from high density materials and is suited for those 1st time fliers through to intermediates who are looking for an advanced indoor heli.
